midnight on New Year's Eve 1999, the lights will go out all over the world (
maybe ! )
The Competition theme for 1999 is a lantern, or any
form of light powered by the basic technology of candle / oil / or burning wick.
Other materials ( preferably non - flammable ) can form part of the design,
but the basic structure must be ceramic.
This
competition will only exist in cyber-space and will be judged purely by those
taking part.
