Fired to reduction stoneware. 2nd firing to 800C in oxidation to fuse glass.
Approx 20 x 20 cms. The kiln god demands a sacrifice of a pot to protect the kiln load, and ensure good results.
The pot was thrown, then hand additions were made. The centre piece is fused 6mm glass containing springs, wasters and metal oxides. The small pots were thrown and added along with the metal bolts and pipework, and the kiln god himself.
