Entry to the Cocktail Party was by goblet. Exhibitors had to have made a goblet which was then swapped at the end of Saturday's show, according to a fiendish formula devised by the organiser, which ruled out any sort of personal choice




Peter muses on the relative capacity,
cocktail-wise of two goblets. Veronica, no doubt, got handed the smaller one.

It was then back to the campsite to get beautiful for the party

with her impromptu hedgerow concoction......

.....whilst Lucie's was most popular with the late night snacking fraternity, featuring as it did, pork pies, Scotch eggs, cheese cubes and marshmallows - and earning her the title "Buffet the Vampire Slayer"

Our many thanks to all the potters who made a real effort with their goblets and costumes, who helped to make this an evening to remember...and to Ben Parkinson and the band who astounded us with their music.......only to be astounded back by our dancing!
